Precision Timebase Reference Module
The 86107A represents one of the most significant improvements inwide-bandwidth sampling oscilloscopes in over a decade. Jitterperformance has been reduced by almost an order of magnitude to lessthan 200 fs RMS. Timebase resolution has also been improved from 10ps/division to 2 ps/division. Because the 86107A improves timebasejitter and linearity by more than a factor of five it provides extremelyaccurate views of 40 Gb/s waveforms.
